Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Georgia or picked up at our manufacturing location will be charged and have withheld a 7% sales tax. Sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Georgia is not charged or withheld and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Placing an Order

When placing an order, a 50% deposit is required due to the extremely custom nature of our products. The deposit can be made by credit card or personal check. If a personal check, we reserve the right to hold the order up to 10 business days for the check to clear. The balance of the payment is due when the order is ready to ship.

Shipment

All material will be shipped by Kennesaw Mountain Accessories by the most suitable method as determined by Kennesaw Mountain Accessories. Delivery shall be made within a reasonable period of time based on availability for delivery. Kennesaw Mountain Accessories. assumes no responsibility for circumstances beyond its control. The product will be packaged as required to assure common carrier acceptance. All claims by buyer for shortages or damage in transit are to be made promptly to the shipper with a copy to Kennesaw Mountain Accessories.

Warranty

Kennesaw Mountain Accessories Inc. products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. Normal usage requirements apply. All affected parts must be returned to the factory prepaid - with full credit issued for those parts found to be defective. Warranty replacement parts will be shipped from the factory prepaid. There are no warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose extending beyond that set forth above.

Warranty Returns

Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the parts only and will not cover damages or shipping charges. If you have a warranty question, please call one of our customer service representatives at (770) 947-0190 or send an e-mail to kenmtnac@aol.com for further warranty instructions. Before returning any parts, contact a customer service representative to request an (RAN) Return Authorization Number. This RAN should be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice and returned to the "Merchandise Return Address" shown below. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid.

Shipping Damage Claims

All shipments from Kennesaw Mountain Accessories are F.O.B. and are the property of the customer once it leaves the company’s dock. Shipping damage must be reported to your local UPS office or delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim, please contact one of our customer service representatives at (770)-947-0190, or send an e-mail to kenmtnac@aol.com for immediate assistance.
